Welcome!

Welcome to the world Flynn Ernesto Martins Bradbury. Wow, that's a long name. I can't wait to hop across the pond and meet you (and see some really football!) I guess we'll finally have to send those presents this weekend. :-)

Errands

Every weekend we all go to the grocery store. Safeway had balloons everywhere, which made the trip much more fun (for Daddy). I'm pretty much always having a bad hair day - I'm trying to grow it out - but this is taking it to all new level.

Hi

I was playing with Mommy's cord for the camera. I forgot where I put it so there was a bit of a delay with getting posts up. Mommy eventually found it in my toy bin. So now I can say hi!

After a winter of pants and shirts, I got to play dress up in a dress for Valentine's day (weekend) and in honor of Mommy's return from France. (See the Eiffel Tower?)

Weak

Mommy's been home a week now, but we really don't have anything to post. I thought it would be nice to give Mommy a welcome home treat - so I got a new tooth and the flu. We've all spent the week hanging out together (no day care for me) at home. It snowed a couple of times, but I wasn't allowed to go out and play in it. Ah... that reminds me, Daddy took some pictures of me playing in the snow for the first time - a couple of weeks ago. The pictures aren't as good as if Mommy took them, but they'll have to do. If you look hard in the background you can see some white blurs - that's the snow for you Californians... oh yeah and the white stuff on the ground too.

In case you all were worried about me, I'm fine now. Perfectly healthy... now Mommy & Daddy... that's another story.

France Part Deux

I only had part of an afternoon to go exploring once the conference started. I hopped a bus to Villefranche Sur Mer - the old stopping ground of one of my co-workers. It was a cute little seaside town. I had a pastry and a glass of wine overlooking the bay, took a few pictures, and then it was back to work.

It seems fitting that for part two you (my parents) get pictures of a second lighthouse guarding Villefranche Sur Mer.

The town had lots of cute alley ways. The old town in Nice also had cute alley ways but they never got any light, which makes for bad pictures!

Can you find the bell?
